Long 15hr workday before GYM. Trained qauds with Sqauts,Hack Sqauts using the smith machine,Sissy Sqauts and split sqaut. Also trained calves with single db raise. Went heavy as I could on all. Don't have time to get into detail gotta wake up in 4.5hrs do do it all over again tomorrow. Nutrition was dead on. ~kevin~
